Follow the tank to the end up the street and go up the road. Use the tank for cover, but don't hop onto it because it will stop. There will be a guy with a machine gun on the right so watch out for him. Follow the tank and kill the people on the right. The cogwell is loceted in the room right of the stairs and the tank. If you need it there is a Medical Kit to the left from your brother. Clear the Japs out of the way and head towards the tank. Get to the end of the bridge and meet with the guy in the white shirt. Avoid the barrels if you can, they'll have a sudden urge to blow. If I can shoot down eight of them I know you can too. The planes come from the left and straight ahead. Now, screw the gun, head right and there is a mounted machine gun. Watch the mini-video and get the gun from the guy in the blue pants. Take a left and go up the two sets of stairs. Save your game and go out the door on the right. Go straight and you will find a telephone which is supposed to be "hidden" and you can save your game. After he gets rid of the first set of flames, take a right at the end of that same room. Clear the hallway and extinguish the doorway to give the fire extinguisher to the cook looking guy. Now leave the room and take a left to extinguish more flames. After you extinguish the first flame, extinguish the flames in the left doorway and the whole room to complete a bonus mission. When you reach the top, take another left and BOOM! Now you have to extinguish the fires. When you get to the end of the hall take a left and go up the stairs. You have to jump (triangle) over the rubble, then crouch (square) to get under the fallen bars. When you get out take a left and go up the stiars.
Go through the doorway on the right and follow that path around and out the door. Go straight into the barber shop and take a left inside. Follow him through the bathroom and out the door.
When you get in take another right and meet with Joe Griffin.
Go down the hall and take a left right before the guy getting electricuted. Follow them out the door and take a right. You start off and everyone is running out the door to get topside.
